1. About Prenuply
Prenuply provides a document preparation platform and process coordination service to help couples prepare Binding Financial Agreements. Prenuply is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Independent legal advice is provided by separate solicitors.
2. Eligibility
By using Prenuply, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts in Australia. The platform is designed for use by Australian residents or couples whose financial agreement will be governed by Australian law.
3. No legal advice
The information provided by Prenuply is general information only and does not constitute legal advice. You must obtain independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor before signing any Binding Financial Agreement. Prenuply coordinates this process through its panel of lawyers.
4. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide through the platform is accurate and complete. Providing incomplete or misleading financial information may affect the validity of your agreement and is your responsibility.
5. Payment and refunds
The Prenuply platform fee is due when you begin the process. If your matter is determined to be unsuitable for the standard Prenuply process after intake review, a full refund of the platform fee may be provided at Prenuply's discretion. Legal advice fees paid directly to lawyers are subject to the relevant lawyer's terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Prenuply platform is the property of Prenuply and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prenuply is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including any reliance on information provided through the platform. This does not affect your statutory rights under Australian consumer law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
